Medical Massage

Manual Therapy that is results-oriented on a focused area of concern. Whether it be to decrease pain or increase range of motion in an affected area, this is most often performed alongside a referral from your doctor or other upper level provider. Integrative Relaxation Massage

A relaxation massage to soothe all of your stresses away. May include various modalities including Swedish massage, hot stone, cupping, gua sha, aromatherapy and/or energy work. This is perfect to help with better sleep, unwinding the stressed and anxious mind, and increasing your overall sense of being.


Senior Massage (65+ years old)

Ideal for those of us that are older and wiser. This therapy will aid in improving circulation, improving joint flexibility, increasing muscle tone and strength, and improving quality of sleep.

Since 2021, Colsie has been practicing as a board-certified Licensed Massage Therapist. As a lifelong Alaskan, she is grateful for the opportunity to help our neighbors in the Matanuska Valley achieve their health goals. She has a firm but comforting touch and is trained in different modalities including: Myofacial Release, Triggerpoint Therapy, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Cupping, GuaSha and Swedish Massage. Colsie has seen a diverse clientele with many various ailments. Her goal is to tailor every bodywork session to each client’s needs to help them leave the massage table feeling and moving better than when they arrived. As she continues to grow as a massage therapist, she spends much of her spare time studying different modalities and practicing new techniques. When not working, you can find Colsie camping by a river with her family, out on a run around Palmer, or in her kitchen trying out a new recipe.

Lora graduated from Myotherapy Massage College in Utah and became a licensed massage therapist in Alaska in 2024. Her favorite techniques include Deep Tissue and Trigger Point, but she enjoys other modalities as well, such as Swedish, Lymphatic, Reflexology, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Sports Massage. Lora has always loved watching the fascinating healing progress that the body goes through with just a bit of help, and is enthusiastic about helping everyone experience that progress. Jenn graduated from Myotheraphy College of Utah and became a licensed massage therapist in Alaska in 2018. After working at a chiropractic clinic in Fairbanks for four years she has recently relocated to Palmer. Using various massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai and Myofascial Release she seeks to create an individualized approach for each client based on their personal therapy needs and goals. Jenn believes she has the best job in the world and finds her greatest satisfactions in helping those in chronic pain find relief and improving injury function. She is passionate about her work, capable of approaching client care with a variety of modalities, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Relief, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, hot stone, and aromatherapy, always keeping the comfort, treatment, and needs of the client as a priority.
